Yes. Every sourced watch gets exactly the same treatment as our stock:

• Authentication: Our watchmaking specialists inspect and verify every sourced watch in our London showroom before listing, backed by over 50 years of combined expertise, and we screen the serial number against The Watch Register and insurance databases.
• Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: If any timepiece we sell is ever found not to be genuine, we will provide a full refund or replace the watch.
• Warranty: At least 12 months’ coverage under our mechanical warranty, or the remaining manufacturer’s warranty where that runs longer.
• Your Rights: A sourced watch is a bespoke order, so change-of-mind returns do not apply. If it arrives faulty or misdescribed, report it within 14 days to receive a free, fully insured return pack for a replacement or refund.

  • Part Exchange: Your current watch’s agreed value is applied as direct credit against the sourced watch, so you pay only the difference. Get a free valuation within 24 hours by form, or bring your watch to our London showroom.
  • Finance: 0% APR over 6 or 12 months, or 9.9% APR representative over 24 to 60 months, subject to status, with a minimum 30% deposit on watches. We arrange finance once we have located your watch and agreed the price; your deposit secures the timepiece while we complete the arrangement. Global Watch Shop Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender.
