Released by Rolex at Baselworld 2018 this GMT-Master II, the all new everose gold model presents a warm luxurious feel and combines beautifully with the two colour, one piece black and chocolate ceramic bezel.
The new range of GMT-Master II's retain all the features of the existing GMT range but now benefit from an improved 72 hour power reserve, due to the inclusion of a new, more efficient calibre 3285 movement.
Originally designed in conjunction with Pan American airlines, the Rolex GMT-Master collections have a long and iconic history. The modern GMT-Master II provides the ability to read the time across 3 separate timezones and takes it's name from the extra 'GMT' hand on the dial, originally designed to be a constant indicator of GMT time when read against the large numerals displayed on the 24hr bezel.
A third timezone can be referenced by rotating the bi directional bezel for one click per hour forwards, or backwards relevant to the timezone required. The two colour bezel seen on the 126715CHNR model is colour coded with black representing the hours of darkness, and chocolate representing the hours of daylight. A timepiece full of technological and horological innovations, benefiting from years of evolution based on the excellence of Rolex research and development teams.
