As a part of our service offering to customers, delivery with Global Watch Shop is always free. We dispatch all of our orders using fully insured, registered courier services, who will require a signature at your address upon receipt of the delivery.
Next Day Delivery - Free of charge, fully insured next working day delivery where funds are cleared and all requirements are met before 12 pm If this is not complete until after 12pm we attempt to deliver your item on the next working day but this is not guaranteed. Any delivery that misses the cut-off will be delivered on the following working day unless you have requested a named day delivery.
Available to Order - Once payment has been authorised, we will seek to give you an accurate delivery timescale. This is usually within 7 days, but on occasion, this could be longer based on availability with suppliers. If the actual delivery date is not acceptable to you, your authorisation will be cancelled and funds will be released back to you. If you agree on the delivery date, your authorisation will be confirmed, and funds will be transferred to us. Register Interest - Please register your interest using the enquiry form or get in touch with us on any available channel. This watch is not in stock but we can actively source the watch for you.
Returns - We operate a 14-day return policy which means you can notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt. You will then have 14 days to return the item in the same condition in which it was dispatched. We are unable to provide a full refund if the watch has been worn, damaged or misused. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
